This indoor cycle class incorporates all aspects of cycling, but with a twist! The class is divided into intervals of cardio on the bike; resistance training for the upper and lower body, and of course, core work. Expect a full body workout! -All levels.

Walking is one of best exercises older adults can do for balance, cardiovascular health, and weight loss. Walking can also boost your mood and increase your energy, stamina, and memory. We invite all adults 50+ to join us on a walk with a planned route, a predetermined pace, with a set time period. Your instructor will guide you through a warm up before as well as a post walk stretch. All levels are welcome. Program is offered June, July & August on Tuesdays at 8:45 am at the Leisure Park Trail - located around the West River Community Center. Participants will meet in the MAC gymnasium.
